First of all we got together and decided on  Interview questions We compromised and chose the best possible open-ended questions.

Preparing for the hot seat before their peers. It's not as easy as it looks. Last year's team leaders returned to help interview. The questions were tough and really made the candidates think.

'A security manager must be honest, hard working and good at motivating the team'Introducing, in the hot eat, our dynamic Security Manager (far left), who answered a barrage of questions with a poise and sophistication well beyond his years.  He is ably assisted by another outstanding candidate, pictured on the far right. 'I will work hard to ensure that everyone's data is protected and their privacy ensured. This isn't a kid's project. This is for real!'
