Pupil Leadership Groups

Our aim is to provide our children with a range of skills and competencies that will develop them socially, mentally and emotionally so that they are equipped with the creativity, resilience and adaptability to be full participants in an ever changing and dynamic work place and social environment.

One feature of this is our ‘Common Curriculum’, which will contain opportunities to develop a range of leadership, communication, collaborative and planning and organisational skills. As part of each block there will be ‘Pupil Leadership Groups’, allowing the pupils opportunities to have a say in the things that affect them and to lead improvement and change across the school community.

Examples of these groups are:

  • Health, Sports and STEM ambassadors
  • School Newsletter
  • Citizenship
  • School Improvement Committee
